A year ago, during a moment of madness of the GOK, it was decided to organize a competition of national trails, and indeed at the beginning we postulated two races at a park to the other star Monte quarries. In the end, the result was that of a single race at the park Forlanini.

At that point I realized it was time to give proper tribute to my training partner also because, in 2011, I'll have to abandon what will change in residence.

I remember the first thing I did was go to see the vegetation in autumn and begin to understand how to plan the routes, I had as a reference map of 2006 that Marzari, for Milan in the parks was excellent, but the trail appeared to be in deficit.
